Property Listing - We manage all aspects of your property listing on our own web site and the popular third party booking sites, including professional photography.  Depending on the location and style of your property, it may be grouped with similar type properties or listed individually.

Professional Cleaning - We organise professional cleaning of your property after every checkout.  This includes the provision and laundering of quality linens and replenishment of guest toiletries.  Cleaning costs are charged back to the property owner on a cost recovery basis.

Guest Communications - Our professional team manage all stages of communication with potential guests, from initial inquiry, pre-arrival, during the stay and after.

Account Management - Our systems and processes are in place to ensure timely collection of payments from our guests without you having to chase the money.  Remittences are made to property owners on a monthly basis, after deduction of cleaning expenses and management fees.

Guest Services - In addition to providing personalised check in and check out services, our team is available for any issues or inquires that the guests may have during their stay.

Property Maintenance - We actively monitor your property for any maintenance issues, through observation during cleaning, regular maintenance inspections or guest feedback.  Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arragne rectification or liase with you for the appropriate resolution.
